The legal grounds for processing of your personal data is Art. 173 of the Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws No. 171 of 2004, item 1800, i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907, as amended) and also Art. 10 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, concerning the consent to receive commercial information in products, services and promotional campaigns (Journal of Laws No. 144, item. 1204, as amended).

Your rights
You have the right to request the Administrator to provide access to your personal data, correct, delete, restrict processing, transfer your personal data, submit an objection to processing of the personal data and submit a complaint to a supervisory body – the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, and upon relevant modifications of the legal regulations, you will be able to submit complaints to the Head of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
